For subscription-based access to our platform:
Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase or renewal. Refunds are prorated based on usage.
Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, refunds are calculated on a prorated basis minus a processing fee of 15%.
Trial Periods: Free trial subscriptions that convert to paid subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of the conversion date.

5. Partial Refunds

For subscription cancellations after the refund period, prorated refunds may be provided based on the remaining unused subscription time, minus applicable processing fees.
For bundled packages where only some components have been accessed, partial refunds may be calculated based on the unused portion.
All partial refund calculations are at the sole discretion of Abirogyusyvo and will be communicated clearly during the refund approval process.
6. Account Restrictions
